When Word Is paid her a visit at the Jocham Hospital where she had been admitted, she told us that she had been informed by the doctors that she had suffered a concussion to the pelvic bone and her leg was broken in 3 different parts.
“I have no idea what happened, because 1 minute we were turning from the main road about to get into Tembo then the next thing I saw this matatu hit our left side of the car, we rolled then everything went black,” she told us on her hospital bed.
Apparently the driver of the Red Vitz, the crew was in walked away of the car crash with a scar but according to on-lookers at the site, the guy, who goes by the name of Lloyd, jumped out of the window and pulled a Usain Bolt ducking into a car shouting “They Are Dead! They Are Dead!”
Beyonce’s pal who was seated with her at the back called Rukia, had a deep cut on the head that had to be stitched. She also suffered a concussion to the knee and left foot.

ReplyDeleteThe term concussion describes an injury to the brain resulting from an impact to the head. By definition, a concussion is not a life-threatening injury, but it can cause both short-term and long-term problems. A concussion results from a closed-head type of injury and does not include injuries in which there is bleeding under the skull or into the brain. Another type of brain injury must be present if bleeding is visible on a CT scan (CAT scan) of the brain.
ReplyDelete• A mild concussion may involve no loss of consciousness (feeling "dazed") or a very brief loss of consciousness (being "knocked out").
• A severe concussion may involve prolonged loss of consciousness with a delayed return to normal.
