DJ SKILLZ TO OPEN DJ ACADEMY

Kenya Coast Music Award Winner For The DJ Of The Year 2010, DJ Skillz has confirmed to us that his DJ Unit will be opening a DJ Academy in Mombasa.

DJ Skillz, who walked out of Buzz Afrique early this year to form his own entertainment outfit known as In-House Entertainment, spoke to us and informed us that a DJ Academy is heading our way.

"Yap, its true. In-House Entertainment is making a difference in Mombasa and we are opening a DJ Academy very soon," he told our reporters.

DJ Skillz, who is currently the resident DJ at the infamous Full Moon Club located along Mombasa-Malindi Road, has pushed his outfit and they currently have a TV DJ mix show running on K24.

In-House Entertainment will be joining outfits like HomeBoyz and Badilika who are currently having DJ Academies recognized in the country.

In 2002, at one time TEZ Pro Sounds, located opposite Saphire Hotel next to Kibena Bar & Restaurant was seen to be the next big thing and could form an academy after creating great Mombasa DJ's like DJ Fridah, DJ Flaxx, DJ Joe, DJ Symo and DJ Lenium but then went under.
