NTV LOOSES TUSKER PROJECT FAME 4 VIEWER RIGHTS TO CITIZEN

A week after the buzz had it that Tusker Project Fame 4 will be shown on Nation Media's NTV, the media company has lost the rights to show it to competitor Royal Media's Citizen TV.

According to word in the Nation Media, the show was not about who has better quality but who has the big notes.

Just after the proposal of NTV showing the show, murmurs started that it would be controversial with the fact that Citizen TV has a better viewership across the Eastern African block compared to NTV.

Tusker Project Fame has seen 3 winners so far in 3 different seasons including:

  • Season 1 - Valerie Kimani (Kenya)
  • Season 2 - Esther Nabaasa (Uganda)
  • Season 3 - Alpha Rwirangira (Rwanda)

                   VALERIE                              ESTHER                                         ALPHA

  1. interestingly such information is hitting the net via blogs and not the official website, our companies are still thinking old school, that's the reason why i have set up Digital Perspectives, to take social media in Kenya to the next level, feels sad just watching incompetency incubate!
